I just started listening to Jimi and I must say he is one of the greatest artists I have ever experienced. When I heard "Little Wing" for the first time it hit me like a ton of bricks. It was so beautiful, but at the same time incredibly powerful because of its simple yet amazing lyrics. I do enjoy others artists from his era, but something about Jimi's subject matter when it comes to his lyrics, his unique voice, and his soulful, psychedelic guitar solos just really connects me to his music greater than any other artist I've heard before. Thank you so much for creating this blog in his honor. Rest in peace Jimi. Your music will forever live on.
